We used this Limo company for my wedding in October.The inside of the limousine was filthy, and wet. The floors were so dirty that two of the female attendants had black stains on their knee from bending on the floor to adjust something. The most egregious circumstance concerning the filthy floor is that the entire bottom of my white wedding gown, became stained prior to anyone even being able to see me in it. in addition to the floor being filthy there were multiple complaints of the smell of the limousine. The limousine had an odor that someone had gotten sick in it and that there was also a lingering odor of urine that floated through the limo during our very long ride to the hall. The limo driver, completely equipped with a gps and the address sat in stand still traffic rather than searching for an alternate route to the wedding. Six women in the back of the limo tried at multiple times to ask him to get off of the express way, and go a different way but he ignored our requests and did not search for an alternate way to get to the wedding. We arrived over an hour late, and were only 6 miles away from our destination.I rented the limo for the specific reason to take photos 2 miles away from the hall with the Manhattan skyline and Verazzano bridge in the background. The photos I spent the past few years planning to have of my wedding, were lost because of how incredibly late we arrived at the ceremony location.
All of this was sent to the owner of the company and he conferenced in the driver who proceeded to scream LIAR into the phone to me. Then never returned my call or e-mails.
