I've ordered these two items from them:

Bioderma Sebium Purifying Foaming Gel 6.76 fl oz. (200ml)
Bioderma Sebium SEbium Exfoliating Gel 3.38 fl oz. (100ml)

And the website was very misleading, saying "In Stock" and on the bottom and in very small writing it said it's on "backorder." It should be either or, and not the big writing for "In Stock" and vice versa. So I placed the order without seeing the 'backorder' and everytime I check in on it it would label it as processing. I tried contacting them several times and it keeps ringing until I get their voice-mail. Now, as far as I know, you're not allowed to charge customers until the order ships. So far I was charged and nothing has shipped.
I've left a couple of messages on their voicemail and still no response. I tried their online chat, and their 'representative' is always offline. I tried to go to paypal and file a report there, but when I was aware what was happening I was out of the days where paypal can offer any help. The problem is, I've ordered from them before and they delivered superbly. Now on my second and last time, I have far too much to complain about and they will not even return my call.
