Hopefully this is not a duplicate complaint on my part but if it is. O well!! I rec'd 2 text messages one at 12:31 am and another at 3:17 am that stated i had WON a $1000.00 GC from Target. I did not enter any type of contest nor take a survey to be a winner. The messages were rec'd from 2 different numbers 619-985-5943 and 619-961-0141. They said to go the TargetContest.com to enter my code and rec. my Free GC. Just didn't sound right.

- Someone needs to find out who is doing this and they should have to pay for creating the problems to the consumer.
