I was actually looking for somekind of short term payday loan. Well I filled out some stuff online, someone called meand was supposed to call me back if all was ok. I never signed off or heard back from anyone so I just assumed everything wasn't ok. So went on with my weekend. Well this morning I checked my back account like I do everyday and I see a deposit from Hydra Fund IV - I have no clue who or what this is. The put 250.00 into my account and i found a few numbers from this site so i will be calling. But I am ticked. If they are fraudulent I need no part of it, but how can they deposit money into my account with out telling me their terms and conditions and interst etc? For all I know the 250.00 could cost me 800.00 on my payday. I don't know if I should call my bank first then them, or them then my bank. I just don't want anything messed up.

I also will have bills etc that i will have to change if I have to wind up changing my account and what not. In the past when i have thought about these things and the places I talked to they all would Call or discuss with me what the options terms were and you had to sign off on it this just seems odd to me.
