The money was taken from my bank account on 11-16-12 & the transcation date was 10-9-12 @ 5:46pm. I am not home from work @ that time of day. Now I have to close my bank account & open another one. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I do not have the money nor the time for this. I do not buy anything on line with my bank account. How did they get my bank information?

- I want the company prosecuted for stealing money from people that have not had any business with them. I would like to have the money refunded, which the person I spoke to at the phone # provided, said they would do, but it could take up to 30 days for this to occur. They should also be made to reimburse me for the inconvenience of having to open a new bank account & pay for the checks I now will have to order. I think $500.00 should cover my time & inconvenience.
