On 9/11/2011 TBar (aka Texas Building & Roofing) did contract to do certain repairs (hail damage)to my residence for a fixed cost of $24,258.25. I trusted TbarPro and paid 80% on 9/28/2011, TBar did cash such check. TBar did start to do the contracted work but did not finish the job as per the contract. I have been in contact with Mr Monte Grant and Mr Tracy Gibbs, who present themselves as Officers of the Company. While I was given many assurances that the work would be performed it has now been well over 12 months and nothing further has been done. Mr Tracy Gibbs did inform me that his company had suffered financial problems and as a result, have not completed the contract, nor have they returned any monies. Because of his faulty workmanship I had black-mold in my garage and other extensive damages in my house!!! I have reported this company with BBB. He replied and said he told BBB that he is working things out with me. BBB thought the the problem was resolve and close my case. I just contacted BBB and inform them that Mr. Tracy Gibbs asked for more time and promise to stop by last Wednesday Nov. 14, 2012 to assess all the damages and refund us. As usual NOBODY show up and until now. I have been trying to get hold of Mr. Gibbs and he has not return any phone call or email through their website http://www.tbarpro.com Their literature and website states that they have never had a complaint filed with the BBB, however the BBB search shows 2 prior complaints.
