I requested a trial pack, with the information that it would only be the postage charges that I would have to pay. I thought that was great as you never know if you are going to have an allergic reaction against any products. They have now deducted £61.90 from my account, which is illegal as I did not give my permission for any other amount to be deducted other than the postage charges. I have emailed them demanding they refund this money and they have until Friday 23rd November to reimburse my account or I will be taking this further.
