I saw the commercial on Tv for the Forever comfy pillows, decided to call the number and order pillows for Christmas gifts cause you could get a free one with purchase, just pay processing and handling, once I placed the order the company then sent me to other companies to purchase products, I keep rejecting the products but was concerned about the way it was handled, I made a call to customer service and the tech. person told me they had no way of knowing what other products I purchased because they were other companies. But to go on line and review the status within 24hrs. I did and found that I have a purchase price of $119.55 and the processing and handling cost of $115.40.
Then on 11-19-2012 I cost a call from the company that was thanking me for the order of Hydroxi cream and that it had shipped. I told them I had not ordered this and they said the order came from a third party company. I got a number to call, I called the number and of course I was told they had comfirmation, when I told them I would turn them in to our Attorney general their attitude changed and said they would give me another number to call. I called that number and was told they would cancel the order, I told them I didn't want the product and I wanted a credit back for the charge which showed up at a price of $140.00 + . The tech said it was taken care of and since the product was shipped tp keep it as a gift. I told him no that if I got it it would be coming back. Well I waited a couple of hrs. Checked my card info and found I was charged for the 1st order, then another charge for the nx order. I called back and actually got a tech this time from Forever Compfy. We went around for a bit about the issue with the way they were handling their company and the dis service to the public, they, I was then transfered to another tech that agreed to give me credit. So what I am telling you is if you order from the TV commerical, you better check the status quickly. I feel bad for the folks that can't check the status on the internet. I have notified my card company to not allow any charges to go through. Watch your statements!
