I purchased four (4) Selena Gomez Silver VIP Packages from Ticketmaster, with the understanding that as announced we would get:
- One Premium Reserved Seat or General Admission *Seat* in Selected Markets
- One Selena Gomez Gracelet
- One Selena Gomez Photo Book

With a clear indication that we would be contacted by artistarena via email with further instructions, and that we would receive the merchandise 1 week BEFORE the concert.

Only contact we received was from MissionTix, a sub-contractor (one day before the concert), explaining that entrance to the arena would be color coded, based on time of arrival, so there would be no need to make a line. I call them immediately to ask about the Silver VIP. They had no idea that Ticketmaster had sold VIP tickets, but assured me that once I got there the situation would be clear.

I got to the Maryland State Fair at 10.30 - 11.00 AM with three young kids - one of them an 11-year old girl who adores Selena Gomez and has growth problems - Again nobody knew anything about the VIP tickets and we were told not to worry and that at 500 PM someone with information would arrive. We went to the fair,
and when we came back at 5:00 PM, they still had no information on the VIP tickets, and we were told that we needed to go with the rest of the crowd who had paid for regular General Admission.

We had no choice than to go towards the gates with the rest of the crowd.

They let people in. Since we had arrived fairly early we found fairly good spot in the grass to sit - still not what we were promissed, but we could at least see the stage. Then about 20 minutes latter, the Maryland Fair Manager came out to the stage, and told us that we needed to leave the arena, or Selena Gomez would cancel the concert. Outraged, everyone left the arena. At some point they re-open the gates, and people started running. Obviously, a
total mess, specially for those of us with younger kids.

At the end, we were left behind, could not see anything, and my girls were very upset, to the point that we left the concert early because we could see nothing.

No special package, no preferencial seat, and total miss-information. Had I know this was going to be such a mess I would have not purchase ticket for this venue, or max I would have simply purchased the standard GA for half the price.

In my view this is a poor way of doing business and could qualify as Fraud. It is bad for Ticketmasters and bad for Selena Gomez image.

I have contected ticketmaster, they have not responded. I contacted American Express, and they have told me that I need to deal directly with the vendor.

No word from Artistarena nor Ticketmaster. I do not who to get help from. I beleive that my consumer rights have been violated, as well as all of us who bought VIP tickets for this concert.

Can you please advise me how to proceed?
