I am writing to dispute a $ 475.00 charge on my bill, and I hope you can help me.
Since May 2011 I haven't used my Metrobank Credit Card. The very first and last time I used it for Cash2Go. I was wondering why I have a billing statement for a Facebook account.
I was hoping that you will resolve this matter.
