We purchased 1000mt of lead ore 65%. The seller sent us mostly empty 35 containers. some of the containers has only a few bags of sand. No lead ore at all. Base on the contract, we pay the shiper 75% of the goods value after they ship and present the shipping documents to our bank. This is a scam case with help of the shiping company who provided false documents. The shiping company is cma-cgm, one of the biggest shiping company in the world.
