I ordered a LOST: Complete Collection DVD set from Topepurchase in late May and received it fine. A month ago I got to the 5th season and it is obviously recorded off the TV as after every ad break the channel symbols pop up as well as advertisements for other shows. The 6th season has also been recorded off the TV in the same fashion. I emailed the customer service as soon as I noticed this to make a complaint as they have a 100% money back guarantee. I have emailed them about this issue 4 times but they have not replied.
