I received a cashiers check from secret shopper from Bank of America in the mail with instructions to western union a portion of it back and rate the customer service. I took the cashiers check to my bank and they cashed it without looking it over or putting a hold on it. Needless to say it came back as a fake check and now my bank is taking my husband and I to court for this. I had no idea it was a fake check. Now I am overdrawn 3970.00 in my savings account and being taken to court for someting I did not intentionally do.
