My wife ordered this product and was convinced that she need to upgrade to the better cushion by the phone operator at this company . We receive one cushion of the standard type and one that was upgraded. These people talk out of both sides of their mouth. I called and they said they would give us a credit on our credit card, but that never happened. Can't believe they are still on TV advertising this product. I guess they haven't run out of fools
