This company is a scam artist. Beware. Someone should sic the cops on them. They are NOT Apple support despite their representations. Dont give them money or access to your computer. They lied abd said my phone had a virus - firtunately I know enough about computers and phones to see through the lie. Just glad I caught them before I gave them any money or info.
