I went online line looking for an online payday loan and on this website they had a form asking to charge my account for a fee for $30 for their service and I checked no. They went ahead and charged my account without my permission, and I did not get a loan through the Premier Advance. My checking was charged $30 and a overdrawn amount of $34 casing the total to be 61.75. Since I am on a pension that means I can not have any access to any funds till after the 1st of December. I want the money refunded. I called the number list on the check form and tried to get it cancelled, and she told me I had to get the loan to get the money refunded. I told her that I didn't want the loan, and she said I could not get the money back unless I get the loan. Isn't that fraud? Phone #1-866-763-7462 People please do not use this website!
