This company doesn't let you know, as any other serious lender would do, that instead of an automatic payment(as they make you think)you HAVE to call to schedule a payment for the loan. Instead, they charge you the interest every two weeks (in this case $75.00 per period, fpr a total of $150)until you realize it and call to schedule a full payment. When you tell them this over the phone they just response that it the client responsability to read the agreement before. Customer service representative like Mary and Naomi just don't care and don't try to work out a solution. First and last time I used Hydra Fund IV.
