I went online line looking for an online payday loan. Pacific Advance website stated that they will charge a fee, if I agree to use their sefvices...I declined the service. However, they went ahead and charged my account without my consent. My checking was charged $30 which caused an overdraft amount of $34. I wanted the money refunded. I called the number list on the check draft(1-866-763-7462) and tried to get it cancelled, I was told I had to get the loan to get the money refunded. I told him that I didn't want the loan, and he said I could not get the money back unless I got the loan. This is clearly a scam to defraud people. I have notified my bank which have taken measures to protect my account from unauthorized withdrawnals by this company. I doubt these people will ever refund my account.
