I complained about this company last month, just to update, I complained to their D.A. in Florida, and complained to the Company in Florida, I have now made two calls to them. The money has been refunded to my account but to my horror, yesterday they sent me another parcel.
Fortunately they had not paid the correct amount to the Customs and the parcel was not posted through my door, only a card was posted through which said I had to pay £20.82 because of the lack of postage due on the parcel, and today I have refused delivery and requested that this cream is sent back to Florida, who pays for this in the end I do not know.
During the phone call to the Company, which the credit card company told me is either RElive or Relieve, I told them that I had contacted their D.A. through the kind offices of Scambook and also would write to their president if I did not get my money refunded.
I also complained to the credit company who have now assured me that the money has been refunded to my credit card and that they will refuse to pay out any further monies to the Company.
