was looking at bidding for a phone, won the bid, was filling out the requirements and the final requirement was for a copy of my licence or passport. i stopped and enquired if they have my details and my payment details why do they require a copy of these documents? I never got a reply and i left some money in my account for a direct debit that comes out weekly, and there was insufficient funds. I rang the bank who advised me of who had taken them, As I am new to computers she told me to unsubscribe asap and contact them, which i tried to talk to someone on live chat, and then proceeded to email them requesting them to unsubscribe me and asked how and why did they take funds without authorisation and low and behold, the big question??????? FOR WHAT????? I have not yet recieved a reply and am looking for my money to be returned asap. They are scammers and thieves and I dont hesitate when in conversation with friends let them all know.
