My grand-daughter and I went to the mall 11/1/2012, we were approached by a girl selling the products. She let my grand-daughter get one for 100.00 she said they were normally 150.00, then she said if I wanted to get one I could get one for 70.00 so I got one 3 weeks later mine does not work and no way to talk to anyone you get a recording. I am very upset. Not to mention you can get the same thing for 39.00
