I received an open house invite to Direct Buy, 356 Troy-Schencectady Rd, Latham, NY on June 12, 2012 at 7:00 PM. My husband and I were given a mail in certificate from Nick Daley after listening to 1 1/2 hour seminar trying to convince us to join Direct Buy and be a member.
Quinden Mktg requested: $9.95 USPS money order (non-refundable registration fee) was mailed on 8/13/12. $29.95 USPS money order (shipping and handling fee) was mailed on 9/26/12. Quinden under the terms and conditions will ship our order within
4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks. It is now 8 (eight) weeks.

- I went to the same exact presentation. After about an hour of the sales person trying to convince my wife and to buy into Direct Buy, the owner came over and really got rude with us. We eventually walked out. After sending in the certificate and money, I too didn't receive the tablet as promised. I called Direct Buy's head quarters and spoke with the Marketing Coordinator Desirea Hawley. I told her how Quinden's web site and phone number no longer were on line. She told me that Quinden Marketing had closed it's doors. She also told me that Direct Buy now has found a company named American Sales to honor all of Quinden's certificates. Here is there contact information sso you can still receive your promised gift, Call American Sales at 800-771-4767 Extention 104. Ask for Joe. The marketing director of Direct buy wasn't very happy about the way the owner had treated my wife and I, and promised to address the issue. If you would like to contact Direct Buy to complain, their number is 219-641-6478. I hope this will be of help.
