Bought a truck from them on Nov.03,2012 with an extended warranty,we also inquired about a ticking noise,and were told that it was probably low on oil cause as oil pressure went up the ticking would subside.Took truck back to them on Sunday Nov.18th and told them was having trouble with a liquid we presumed was antifreeze leaking and heat wasn't working properly.John our salesman said to come back Monday morning the 19th and they would take care of it.My girlfriend took the truck to the repair shop and found out it was the water pump.Had the water pump and serpentine belt replaced,that cost us over $310.00.While inspecting the vehicle further,the mechanic said the timing chain was going bad and it would need replaced cause if it broke that would destroy the motor.That was what the noise was from,not being low on oil as we were told.My girlfriend called the warranty company today the 20th and explained what was going on about the water pump and what else needed done.Since we had more than covered our deductible we assumed it would be repaired.Now we are stuck with a truck that we owe payments on as well as having to have the timing chain work done,plus who knows what else will have to be replaced,Dodge motors have 4 timing chains in the motor,and the warranty will only replace something that's broken.If we don't fix the timing chain and it breaks then we have to buy a new motor for failing to properly maintain the vehicle.We are looking at approx.2-3 grand for repairs on a truck that we have put less than a 100 miles on.Very unprofessional business practices and salesmanship.I could see if we had had the truck a few months and put several hundred miles on it,but we haven't had the truck long enough for the temporary tags to expire,or to even get the white title and paperwork.

  • I feel they should cover the repairs for no longer than we have had the vehicle,and the minimal miles put on the truck,as well as the fact that we were lied to about the ticking noise.We feel they should pay the total cost of repairs,towing as advised not to drive the truck,Since they have refused to return any calls we have made trying to to resolve this issue.
