I bought an item from ishoe via the amason website but due to a problem with there size selcetion part of there website it meant I didnt get the size I thought I was getting. I informed the company within five mins of reciving the item that i wanted a size five and that i received an eight. the customer services i recived by calling the phone number on there website was rude and insisted that it was my fault for buying the wrong size. I told them that if they go to there website that they can see it clearly wont let you put in the size you want and just changes back to size eight. They went onto say that if there was a problem its nothing todo with them and take it up with amazon. I said i would be taking this to amason and if neccessery trading standards and they sent me several emails to tell me if i did so they would get me done for liable and slander. they told me on the phone that they would keep me a size five at my request and if i could get it to them they would pay for sending me the order. I explained to them that I was seriously ill and house bound and could not get out to post it but they didnt care and laft. in the end i got a neibour to send the item the same day by next day delivery. when the next day they said that they would send me the item if i pay five pounds to have it sent out. I wasnt going to pay any more money as it had cost me 310 to send it back and it wanst my fault. I complained to amazon who said it was there fault and they asked them to send the item in which they refused and after several complaints to amazon and several emails i got a part refund after they said they would give me a full refund. eventually amazon got the money from them but I have noticed that other customers have had the same problems with this seller, poor quality and sizing problems and agressive behaviour from staff. hopr uou can help.
