Same scam as others that reported...watched me enter in my credit info..then double billed me. Called Yahoo...I thought...but was directed to an India based business. And didnt fix my computer to top it off. I cancelled all my credit cards. This is unreal...I cant believe I fell for it...I usually listen to that voice in my head that says..something is wrong with this. I didnt this time. :/

- Like above, and all the other complaints. Called ATT to straighten out sbcglobal and yahoo mail accounts after changing DSL modem. Was told to call "yahoo mail support" 888 307-9126, to fix mail. Went through same stuff as far as "testing" but did not believe my MAC had problems like the Indian fellow listed. Tried to sell me protection plans for $199. and $349. Told the guy I was not going to give out information or money to anyone or any company I over the internet that I did not know or recognized. He was convincing, but I held off. Posting this comment to confirm what everyone has been saying that this sure seems like a scam. Stay away!
