These con men took money with the promise of 10 VIP spots at the Open in July this year. 1 month before the event th contacted us to say that if we didn't pay the outstanding service charge of £270 the event would be cancelled! Despite no previous mention of the service charge we were over a barrel & paid. Two weeks later we received communication that the event had been cancelled and they would endeavour to refund the payment or find an alternative, which has never happened! Finally we have submitted a court claim, a copy of which we sent the MD (Marcus Jay Bruce's) home address. This has been submitted and the courts papers have been returned 'gone away' but in the meantime Mr Bruce has attempted to have the company Struck off, instead of liquidating it. I have notified Companies house of the litigation, to stop him from brushing this under the carpet! We need persuit this guy on mass & then prevent him pheonixing companies with our money,and eventually acting as a director at all. there is another company in his name called Highbury Villias, beware!!!!
