I ordered a chicago bears jersey for my dad and they sent the wrong jersey. They have not returned any of my money....and I returned the jersey to them over a week ago. they do not even answer any emails except for one saying keep the jersey even though my dad already has the jersey. I am out $140.00 now and have no way of getting it back.
Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!! How can they get away with what they are doing to people.

- I am currently going through the same problem, have you received any payment? What I did before I will send it now is call my credit card company and I just have to send them all the emails back and forth as well as the tracking number of my package, and it is a disputed charge and will not have to pay the charge as long as the company receives the package and does not pay me back.
