I saw an ad on the Beijinger bulletin board for a Samsung Galaxy S3, and I contacted the e-mail address. He asked me to pay $330 through Western Union, so I did. A few days later he sent me an e-mail saying my shipping was paused. He said that 3 of them were packaged by mistake, so he asked me to pay $550 for the other two. I was a bit suspicious, so I asked for a tracking number, and he gave me one from Metro Ways Logistics. So I paid the $550, and then he sent me another e-mail afterwards saying that customs has my package, and I needed to pay the tax. It was $500, but he said since I didn't know he would pay for half of it. He rushed me by saying the tax grows larger the longer it isn't paid. I paid the $250, and asked for assurance that I wouldn't have to pay anymore. He said I wouldn't, but a few days later he asked for the number of my IBC card (International Buyer's Certificate). I said I didn't have it, so he said his friend from Russia could get me one for $250. Naturally, I got angry, and we've been e-mailing each other back and forth. Now he's asking for $125, but I'm not paying anymore. I've lost $1130+$50 in transfer fees
