My wife and I bought a bedroom set and a dinning set from them approximatly 9 months ago. One of the bench seats is falling apart. The braces that hold the bench seat together have fallen off . The bench seat in the middle has a big crack. I contacted service and they sent out a tech. He took some pics and told me that they would contact me. They called me a few days later and told me that they could not repair it and they were not going to replace it because it wasn't a manufactures defect. I tried to explain to her that all we do is set on the seats we don't take them out and play football with them. So there had to be a defect in it somewhere. I contacted the main office to complain and never recieved a reply from them. We were getting ready to go back to them to buy new bedroom sets for our two daughters, I don't think that is going to happen now.
