I too ordered a trial of this product for 4.95. I didn't like them. Today my account was charged an addl 99.68 by them for something that I never received or authorized. So far have been unable to get in touch with anyone at this company.

Once you place your order on our web site the system generates a packing slip to ship your product to you right away, we in no way want you scam or deceive you in any way. If you have not received your trial kit we will definitely refund any moneys to you or have a kit mailed to you right away.
The $4.95 is only for the shipping of the e-cig and you can try the product out for 14 days at no additional charge, and after that trial period is over that’s when you are billed the $99.95. If you feel this one time charge $99.95 is too expensive for you we will be happy to offer a discount on the product.
