International boundaries
Target Contest Winner Scam stating $1,000.00 was awarded in a contest I did not enter. This is the second message I have received on this same subject with a second number being 951-992-9187 in the past two days. Each state that there is a 24 hour reply period and I googled it before replying to verify if this was a scam, which is it. Beware!
