I too was scammed just like everyone else into thinking I was just registering and they charged my credit card. I also happened upon this site through another website. I have filed a complaint through the BBB. Hopefully everyone else is. I have contacted their customer service three (3) times and have gotten the same stupid spiel that they will reload my bids and give me a $500 grocery card -- which by the way they charge you for clipping the coupons and sending you. This site is a total rip off. Please tell all of your friends and family!!
