In June I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S III from newly sell.after I paid the $250 I got a letter stating I need to pay $120 for customs.week after week I would get he same old excuse that they will send it out the next day. Over and over they told me the same thing. They finally when I messaged Alice she tells me I will get a refund because they don't got the phone. I told them why is it only now you tell ,e it's out of stock. They said the ending of August I would get a full refund. When The ending of August came and no refund they told me ending of September but nothing at all. Since I last got in touch with them in mid September they stop answering my messages & emails.
