International boundaries
Woken up at 3am with bogus text message that I won $1000 gift card and must claim it within 24 hours from targetswinners.com. Another text message while I was driving at 5pm in heavy traffic. This is an obvious scam. The website does not exists and the telephone number 3233335396 also does not exist or no one is answering. I want compensation from Verizon and/or target for this inconvenience.
