There is a company out there calling individuals stating that there name and social security was reported to them and that they have legal documents on file. These people are of some type of foreign nationality. They threaten to have you arrested but never can produce the legal documents when you request that they fax them to you. Most are in reference to some type of pay day loan. Don't be fooled it is scam. Call the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency right away if you are called.
