This company applied 3 charges of $2.50 at the beginning of November followed by two charges of $39.95 later in the month on my credit card.
Capital One first wrote to advise me of a fraud risk and then sent me a new card to minimise future losses. When I checked my statement I saw the first two charges and advised Capital One of the fraud. They immediately closed my account, refunded the charge and issued a new card and numbered account.
We've had no dealings with ravenmcs.com or whoever approached them to apply the charges on our account.
Although I am now not out of pocket, I am filing this complaint to help others be aware and to get the source of the scam (if not ravenmcs) shut down.
