after a month without my computer, we were finally able to check banking account information. i discovered that on 11/13/12 hydrasupport charged my account $39.95. they charged my account $39.95 AGAIN on 11/26/12 and AGAIN only $1.00 on 11/29/12. I called the number beside my charge and after being put on hold for several minutes, finally talked to a person. he explained that this was beauty & health products. after explaining that i had not had computer for over a month and dealing with a dying mother during that month, i did NOT purchase anything or approve purchase of anything. After throwing out words like better business bureau and illegal, he says i will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Not sure how many more times I will be charged within that 7-10 days, but will be talking to my bank tomorrow. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE GETTING ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNTS????
