World PC Solutions contacted me (an asian sounding chap called Ricky Parker !!)and informed me that they were correcting problems on windows and after taking me through the same route as the other persons who complained about World PC Solutions, he wanted me to give him remote access to my computer. I refused and asked him to wait on the line. I then went to check the company on the internet and was glad to find the complaints made by the other complainants. I then picked up the phone and ended the call straight away.
