I applied for a online loan from another company and the next thing I know there is a $30.00 electronic check that was deducted from my account. I looked on their website and found that it is not stated on their site that there would be a $30.00 application charge. I called the company and complained and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the woman on the phone refused to transfer me and told me that she had to take other calls and I was holding her up. I was Livid at this point and went off on her. A few days later I had several different people calling me on my personal number at work telling me they were attorneys and that I committed check fraud in BIG amounts and that if I didnt send them money with in 20 minutes they were going to send cops out to my work and have me arrested. I told them to send the police that I would be waiting on them and could use a day off of work, they didnt know what to say, and long and behold no one ever showed up! Im in the process of having my bank dispute the $30.00 charge, I will update if I ever get my money back. But for those who are looking for a payday loan...
