I just got off the phone with this company claiming that i was qualified for a free grant. Everything just sounded fake, first i was talking to someone who barley spoke English.Then he told me in order for him to send me the paper work there would be a small fee of $3.78.so while he was talking getting ready to take my information down i hung up in his face.
