My mother can't see very well due to failing eyesight. She has me open and read her mail to her. She and I both know a SCAM when we encounter one. If a person wins money it should never cost anything out of pocket to "release the winnings" WTF? I hope they get caught and put in prison. Shame on this person or these people for preying on the elderly. The REAL payback will come when they, themselves get old...because we all age!!!!
