The promotion was for building a Website, but I determined I did not want to do that, asking for a return of fees paid (before anything was done requiring payment). The request was not able to be sent from the contact information obtained, leaving me with a charge on my credit card, and no way to contact them. From those results it was determined the whole operation must be a scam.
