I phoned Yourspay this morning and i got through to someone. He asked me for my Payment No (YS1211290720481333) and told me that it was an order coming to the sum of $130 and said that he will get onto the company now and i should have a reply within 2 days...

Then i had another e-mail saying :

"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting YourSPay. We are the online credit card payment gateway.
Your message has been forwarded to the merchant who will reply to you ASAP,if you need further assistance,plz feel free to contact us.have a nice day,
Sincerely,
Customer Service Center
YourSPay.
Gavinmeng"

This is the message that got me worried because it doesn't say "Dear Tom" there are no images or anything with the e-mail and whoever it is has spelled "please" as "plz".

I then had a search on the web for Yourspay and found many many complaints.

Can anyone help me or shed some light on what i should do?

Any help or respose would be appreciated.

  • Hi there to all that payed money through yourspay. I ordered a dress on the 16th january 2013 i immediately new that something wasnt right when i went into check when delivery would be i couldnt make contact. But i sent a email to cs.yourspay.com outlining that i wanted my refund after reading on scambook the complaints i told them i new they where scaming people and that they did reply back and said that i would receive a refund in 10 to 30 days i didnt think i would get a refund but they did on the 31st january so i was lucky enough what i can say is keep emailing them letting them know about them scaming people and a refund might work goodluck and i hope this helps
