I applied for a loan and received a phone call from David Williams who claimed to be a representative from this company. He told me that I qualified for a $3000 personal unsecured loan. In order for me to get my funds I had to get a Walmart Pre - paid Visa card for $3 per card and put the minimum of $20 per card as well. I gave him the card numbers from the card to "place funds on card", only for David to tell me thatI would have to pay an additional $300 for me to get the pin codes for the cards. I paid the $300 the next day via money pak and he called me back and said funds were available. I asked if it was possible to view the funds via ATM balce inquiry and he told me yes. However I could not use the pin cards more than once or it "freeze my account" . I went to the ATM to get the money, only to notice that the balance says Zero for each card. I tried chcking, savings and credit just to be sure but still no money. I called David to let him know that the money was not there and began to yell and say I told you not chekc the balance and that the account was frozen. In order for me to unfreeze my money , he said that I would have to pay $420 again. I told him hell no and he said goodbye. I called GE MONEY BANK today off of google, and they have do NOT do business this way. I let them know well you have people out here that are using their company name and scamming people out of there money.
