Bought a voucher via Livingsocial (3rd party) offering 7D6N in Tokyo, Japan. The merchant offering the deal through Livingsocial is Travelsmoove (merchant).

Travelsmoove was heard to be no longer in business within the first week for November. Their website seems to be inactive. When an independent booking search was done on the website, no bookings could be made. No calls were answered for hours, only the voice recording advising to hold on the line for an available operator can be heard.

Livingsocial was contacted on the 29th Nov at 5pm AEST to confirm if the deal have been cancelled. They advised that the merchant have been in contact and have advised them of a technical issue with the bookings page which have since then been fixed. The merchants website remains inactive until 4th Nov.

Livingsocial seems to be pushing its clients who have bought the vouchers to go ahead with bookings with Travelsmoove.

No reply by phone or email have been received from Travelsmoove. Their facebook page advise customers to email them voucher details for refunds. Scoopon.com have refunded their clients whom have purchased Travelsmoove deals offered by them.
