I contacted this company in June of 2011 and as they guaranteed a pardon "Or money refunded".So I paid $350.00 plus Hst.I was hoping my application would go thru on March 23rd.this year but the Gov't. of Canada having a majority put thru bill C10 on March the 10th. or so.The result was my waiting time instead of being 8 years(I would have been eligibele on Mar.23rd) but now have to wait till 2017.I contacted this company and asked for my refund, I received an email from Carla,who stated I was not eligable for a refund asc they would persue it in 2017.I had to laugh because I am 70 years young. But she offered me that they would apply for a waiver which would allow me to cross the border and travel in the U.S. at a reduced cost of $300.00 plus hst. making a total cost to me of
$734.50. I said I'd think it over, I finally said to go ahead on Nov.1st./12 and paid the addition $336.00, plus I had to get fingerprinted for the 2nd. time which was $70.00 each time.At anyrate I had a question I wanted to ask them(2 weeks ago) and I've sent 7 emails and phoned 6 or 7 times since last Thurs.(the question is "how long is the average wait time for approval of the waiver?)
I was really getting pissed as no answers by email and when I phoned I was told their voicemail was full or press 0 to be put intouch with a case manager.I then was told all case managers were busy and to leave a message and they would get back as soon as possible.No one has ever got back.I told them in my last email sent last Sunday, if I didn't get an answer within 48 hours, I would contact the R.C.M.P. and Scambook, which is what I'm doing right now.
