I ordered a pair of UGG boots and was sent really,really bad FAKE boots that don't even have the UGG label on them. What you see on their website is not what you get. I've sent over 4 requests asking for a return form and refund and have been ignored and/or told I have to keep them because it's what I ordered. Do not order from this company.
