I too fell for the Grantassist.com scam. I paid $2.97 for a kit, supposedly, that would tell me how to apply for a grant to start my own business. They took my $2.97, and eight days later, charged my BANK ACCOUNT $53.97. I have yet to receive ANYTHING, thank God. I called them and they said they would return my money. I won't hold my breath. But,

What I DID do though, was call my bank, Wells Fargo, and filed a claim against them. That means that there will be an investigation by WF and that will blacklist grantassist.com from taking ANY money from anyone with a WF account once the investigation begins. If everyone would do that, we could, very shortly, put them totally out of business and send them back to the city dumps where they came from.
