On or around the middle of DECEMBER 2011 (note that Dec. 13th may not be the exact date)I bought an item at the Fye store and was asked to fill out some form or card for a discount and I could cancel after the purchase. I did and I cancelled that same day and never paid attention that for 10 months 11.99 was coming out automatically from my account. I spoke to a rep who said that they have the form but no cancellation. I want them to pay the $131.89 back.
