Oct.30 ,2012 I ordered free trial vitalyze and sylk skin paid $3.02 for each for shipping and handling Got the one item last Nov.19, the next day NOv.20 checked my account and i found out they took $82.03 from my credit card account. I called the customer service 1-866-405-1578 talked to agent name Andrea I.D # 8457 I told her about the money they took from my account and i want to get my money back. she said try the product and call me before Dec 10, 2012 and offered me a 20% discount i reject the offer then offered a 30% then landed to 50% again i reject it. annoying to talk to her so many blah blah because it took much my time. this is a BIG BIG SCAM
